1. Scope

This Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions for MyNewStaff.ai's AI-workforce service ("Service").

By subscribing, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. 30-Day Performance Guarantee (Value-Stack Refund)

We stand behind the value of our AI workforce platform.

If within the first 30 days of your subscription, you feel the Service did not perform materially as described, and you have completed all required onboarding steps, you can request our Value-Stack Guarantee.

Instead of a simple refund, we'll give you:

  1. A free 30-day performance extension of your Service, plus
  2. A personal optimization session with our AI deployment team, plus
  3. A credit equal to your subscription fee, which can be applied toward any MyNewStaff.ai plan, upgrade, or training package within the next 6 months.

This ensures you receive at least double the value of your initial payment — in service, support, and credits — before we part ways.

3. Legal Cooling-Off Period (UK, EU, AUS, CA)

If you're located in the UK, EU, Australia, or Canada, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right.

  • You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or begun using the Service.
  • Once the Service is activated or used, you waive this statutory refund right.

This runs in parallel with our 30-day Value-Stack Guarantee.

4. Eligibility for the Value-Stack Guarantee

To qualify:

  1. You must request the guarantee within 30 days of your subscription start date.
  2. You must have completed all onboarding/integration requirements.
  3. The request must be sent in writing to support@mynewstaff.ai with:
    • your account name,
    • order/invoice number, and
    • a short explanation of the issue.

Integration/setup fees are non-refundable and are excluded from credit calculations.

If your plan included a waived setup fee, that fee will be deducted from any service credit.

5. Exclusions

The Value-Stack Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals or upgrades after the initial term.
  • Cancellations due to "change of mind" after the first 30 days.
  • Failure to complete onboarding or provide required materials.
  • Custom or enterprise contracts (covered by their own terms).
  • External costs, software, or integrations not billed by MyNewStaff.ai.

6. After the Guarantee Period

After the 30-day window:

  • No further value credits or extensions will be issued.
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., verified extended downtime), management may issue prorated credits.

7. Abuse Prevention

To ensure fairness:

  • One Value-Stack Guarantee per customer or organization.
  • Accounts found creating multiple sign-ups or exploiting this policy may be suspended.

8. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

You'll receive 7 days' notice before renewal.

You can cancel through your dashboard or by emailing support@mynewstaff.ai.

Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

9. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

This Policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region apply.

Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Contracts Directive, Australian Consumer Law, or Canadian Consumer Protection Acts.
